On Saturday, Feb. 8, 2003. I was in Ixonia, Wisconsin at my first Conformation Show. It was a UKC show (actually 2 shows), and my 8-month old Golden Graham took Reserve in the second show. He was the only puppy, so obviously he took first in both shows and then went up against a 2-1/2 yr. old and a 5 yr. old males. Well the first show didn't get him anywhere, but the second show he went Reserve. I got so excited I forgot which dog he went over, and which dog took best male! Guess I'll have to wait for the next edition of Bloodlines to find out! Kathy Vogt |
